Crystal >> Hey! Yeah they were fantastic. Actually, I decided to use the meatloaf receipt from the WW Book since I've had it several times before and it was fantastic. It made 12 Meatloaf Muffins and they are great. It has a lot of flavour in it - I'm having it for lunch tomorrow at work with some more mashed potatoes, and can't wait! I've been dying for something besides Crustini's for lunches and this was a great idea - thanks! I froze most of them.. so we'll see what they taste like one night when I get home and don't feel like cooking something and just throw one in the micro real quick.

How did you like the meatloaf muffins?? Did you add anything to them to make them 6pts for 2??
