I see iportion has given you the magic rose!!!!! What a beautiful idea and I hope the scent made you feel cared for.
Stress - it certainly does suck. Let's see...what can I do to help you? From what I know of it (and I know plenty) I know that you'll feel better if you try to avoid having sugar and caffeine so that means watch the Starbucks intake honey - too much will not be good.
Think of all the positive things that you've been doing for yourself like all of that walking you're doing - and not missing a single day! hey you're doing better than I am in that department. :)
Ask yourself what you're happy with - I bet you can come up with several things! ;) I went to the website called 43 Things and look what I found for you to read! 302 people over there want to be happy with who they are! Hey Becca dear! I'm reading this as you are probably asleep. I hope you wake up feeling less stress, and whatever is stressing you out I hope it goes away. I was stressed the past week about money and I realized yesterday that I was shoving my feelings down deep and ignoring it. Then yesterday after work something small happened and I just lost it. I couldn't stop crying. Stress can be wicked on us.
