You just need some excitement. I don't believe that it's dead. Maybe just hibernating.

7 lbs in a month is GREAT!!! I rarely lost more than 5lbs in a month when I was losing steadily. Don't sabotage yourself. You are really doing wonderfully. Hang in there!!!!

Maybe that new challenge we're doing will help out. :)
It helped me!! I want to win so bad that i'd do anything! I would eat BB7 slop for a week.

Becca, Are we on the same boat? I think we are. I think people would be amazed if they really knew what I've been doing the last few days. BUT I truly hope you haven't lost motivation because of your 7 lbs loss. Seriously chica that is such a huge loss, and I don't get why you are so down with it. Don't give up. Go pick up a 5 and 2lb weight and stand there holding it in one hand for a few mins. Your hand will get tired, and then you will see that, that is now gone from you. You did so good!!!!

It is normal for disappointments to make our motivation a little weak. Stick with this, when you come out on the other side, you will be so proud of yourself. You can do this.

How are you doing Becca?

Oh man, I know how you feel. But just as quickly as it goes, it returns. Don't be downhearted by the 7 pound loss - that's great!! It's an average of just under 2 pounds a week! Much more than that and you start to get out of the 'healthy weight loss rate' zone. And of course, they also say the slower it comes off, the more likley it is to stay off. And 'slow and steady wins the race'. Do let me know if you'd like to hear any more cliches and hackneyed tid bits and I'll be happy to provide them. :)

Hello, wondered in her from fatbitch site. I lost my mojo too and can't find it. Can't exercise much either as I twisted the darn ankle. But I will get back in the game! I think 7 lbs is great for a month! On ww that's my average and they say 1-2 pds a week is doing good. You can do this and so can I. Kicking this fat to the curb no matter how long it takes.
