Not feelin it.

I'm not feeling this post, or much of anything at the moment. I'll be short, it's been a long day - I worked 1 1/2 hours of overtime. It was month end, we got all the August apps entered though - so that's good. Doesn't matter, but good. Overtime next week. Today was scale day, and I lost 7lbs. 7 shitty pounds for an entire month - don't know why it bothers me so much, but I wanted Minimum 10lbs.. and didn't get my wish - even after working so damn hard at it. Damnit. I guess that's it. I'm cutting back on the walking. For the Walking Challenge I'm only going to require that during the entire day I get that many minutes in. Not above and beyond my regular walking - only because my knees are really starting to hurt and I don't want to damage my joints or some shit.

The Hard Core Chicas brought home another 1st place ribbon this past week! ~winks~ Great job ladies, one week left for the 30303 Challenge!

And I guess that's it. No word from Catherine yet, after two days - bitch. I don't have pictures of the couch since i didn't take any (didn't even think of it, sorry guys!) When I get it though, I'll definately show you them. And I guess that's it for now, at least, it's all I can think of. On no, wait. Because the 7lbs was so disappointing I'm dropping my pnts to 26 / day starting tomorrow. I should have been in that new range about a couple months or so ago - but I put it off since I was still loosing. So... it's time.

Wednesday, That's it?

It kinda feels like a Thursday today, and I was so looking forward to wearing my runners and jeans when I realized it was only Wednesday - boo. Ah well. Just another day, another dollar. I'm a bit sleepy this morning, prolly cause I woke up several times again last night - I'm out of ideas on how to fix this. I have a selection of pillows (3 kinds), selection of blankets (3 kinds) with me at all times during the night now, and I'm constantly switching positions to try to get comfy, getting cold sweats, thinking I'm hot so switching to a differnt cover. No cover and I freeze. It's irritating, to say the least.

I ordered my couch yesterday, so that's done. I'm excited to see it and nervous that something is going to go wrong. But, I'll make it work, right? No biggie. Still waiting to hear back from Catherine, what's new there, right? Ok, I need to get ready for work. Have a good day.

7:05pm Update:
Wow, it's been awhile since I did a mid-day update, eh? Anyway, I got home today from work and tried out my idea for a meatball sub - I've never had one. Really, I don't even usually have meatballs b/c we just don't eat them I guess.. I dunno. So, I made meatballs out of the same ingredients for the WW Turkey meatloaf and they just used some Ragu, bought some good cheese and buns.. and tada! (I have a picture, but crap Blogger wont show it.. piece of shit. Click Here to view it.) Now, that ended up being way too much for me - I took off about 4 meatballs once I got started because it was just too filling. I did eat about 16pnts worth though - so, good thing I had the pnts to use! This is by NO MEANS a low pnt dinner - of course, I prolly could have done with HALF that amount, so someone could have it for 8pnts and I"m sure it'd be more than filling. So so good. Yum yum.

It's not going to be a good exercise day. I'm skipping my walk I think. I don't have time! I still have to do the garbage, laundry, clean up, and maybe start packing for the weekend and it's already 7pm. We'll see. My legs are really sore so I don't really feel like doing a 30 minute walk. Blah.

Motivation, come back!

Lets talk about some positives before I start on my lack of Motivation, shall we?
1) I just finished emailing the condo chick - Catherine - for the information I needed. One thing is off the list!
2) I'm averaging 61 Min / Day for the Challenge this week so far - I'm happy with that since my goal was 60. Just have to keep it up for the next two days. Our team is doing GREAT this week.
3) I've been doing alright with pnts lately, and am hoping for a nice loss in TWO days.

Ok, that's all I got for now. My chest was tight all evening last night - which made it very hard to get that extra 31 Mins of walking in, but I did it. Stayed at home, inside and did marching/jogging on the spot, and while walking I did weights.. so.. not bad I don't think. It's much harder than just going outside and walking I think - but I didn't want to go outside.. I felt horrible until about 9pm. I woke up a zillion times last night in like a cold sweat - I think this is more stress related stuff, wonderful. This morning already I battled the tight chest feeling - I wish it would just go away.

Hopefully today I'll order my couch.

I guess that's everything, I should prolly go get ready for work, maybe eat something because my tummy is telling me it's hungry. Hope you all have a good Tuesday - at least it's a long weekend. (If you're Canadian, that is.)

3 Days until the Scale!!

Morning morning, so only three days until I step on my scale and see how I'm doing - fingers crossed that I'm doing alright. Honestly, I'll be upset if I'm not. I mean, I've worked pretty hard this month at getting exercise in and staying OP. So, I'd really like to see a nice number. Oh well, nothing to worry about for now - right? If it's not what I wanna see however, I will be droping from 28 pnts / day to 26pnts. Only because I am in that lower range now and should have dropped - but decided against it since I was still lossing. So if I'm no longer lossing, no sense staying at 28pnts, ya know?

Nothing is new really, today I REALLY need to email the people for the condo, and I should call the cable company and Bell sometime this week to get my phone date set for the condo so I can have that all done and out of the way. It seems to be coming on quickly now, I haven't even started job searching yet! Eep!! Gotta order my couch too, now that's exciting! Can anyone give me advice on buying furniture for a place you can't get to, to see if it'll work I mean? I feel like I'm buying blind and don't wanna mess up. Ok, anyway, time for me to head out. Work work work. Oh, and it's Monday so my Walking Challenge is now up to 31 Minutes. Argh, walking is starting to become a chore.

An active morning?

Good morning everyone - so I rolled out of bed just before 9am and did some Blog reading and message leaving before I figured - you're up early enough, why not go for a quick walk, get that outta the way and then if you don't manage to find time to do anything more today it's no biggie - so I did! I have to admit, eating BEFORE my walk prolly would have been a good idea - I have a headache now, and feel all draggy.. but oh well! Mishy will be here in an hour and I still need to get ready, eat and grab all the stuff we're bringing.

So, today at the model suite I need to measure everything in order to know the layout of the condo - I have to admit, I'm a bit excited about the idea of decorating my place - too bad my budget wasn't unlimited though! Boo. Heh.

I just wanted to mention a movie recommendation on here real quick - V for Vendetta - very good movie, I highly recommend watching it. I didn't know what to expect going in, since I knew nothing about it - but it was great! Remember, remember, the 5th of Novemeber. So good. Heh. Anyway, time for me to get moving here - have a wonderful Saturday everyone!

Stiff Morning...

So I woke up, got up out of bed and my entire body felt stiff - I think I might be over working my muscles a bit... but too bad! I'm in pain if I take it slow, or if I push to workout harder - so I'll just keep doing what I'm doing for now I think. It would be different if a break would actually help, if it would allow my muscles to loosen up and for me to feel better - but I've tried that, and it's not how it goes. So, muscles, get used to it otherwise you'll always be in pain.

Tomorrow Mishy and I are supposed to drive up to Cambridge to check out the condo and do my measurements. I need to call Lori tonight to see if she'll be home and we can stop in and visit with her and Mr.Lori. Hehe. I hope the drive is alright, I'm not entirely sure how to get there. Oh well, I'm sure we'll make it.

Anyway, I need to get going and get ready for work. Oh, but before I go - The team I'm on for the 30303 Challenge won FIRST PLACE this past week - wahoo! We've already started week#3 so here's hoping we can bring home another win - Go Team Go!!

Feelin better?

So, today has been an alright day, I slept pretty damn good last night (for once) and felt rested this morning when I woke up - which is something I haven't felt in months. I didn't have a panic attack, and feel less stressed than I have in weeks. I'm actually feeling a bit excited about the idea of decorating my condo, and my exercise and pnts are doing fine (besides the fact that I forogt to eat a bit more last night, and therefore only ate 22 pnts, oops.)

Nothing is really new, today is the last day of the 2nd week for the 30303 Challenge. I'm not sure what place we're in against the other teams right now, I guess we'll find out tomorrow morning! I'll let you know. I missed my first day of my Walking Challenge on Sunday because of the wedding, but so far have been right back on track with it. Doin good. Doin good. I'm going to work on a new avatar for Sarah if I find time tonight, I made the one on the left last night and have it as my signature on the board, cute eh? Heh. Just something a little fun. Ok, I'm gunna get going now, lunch is almost over - and for anyone from the Hard Core Chicas - ROCK it today girls, cause we've gotta beat those other teams this week! Muhahahaha!

End of the Month is creeping!

Whew, I'm tired, and sore. I dunno, all this exercise shit is killing me. My legs hurt from the wedding still, but I forced myself to go for that walk last night - which felt never ending. The nerve in my shoulder that feels pinched is driving me mental - Grr! And my poor pinky toes! My shoes are just making it worse and worse with every walk - blisters, rubbing over the half healed blisters - it's a mess. I really, REALLY need to find new running shoes. Plus, my restless sleeping habits are back, bugger bitch, you know all those stories you hear about exercise making people feel better? About it being relaxing, a stress reliever, etc etc, I don't feel that - ever. Blah.

I've accomplished very little so far this week, I need to get the ball rolling on the Condo stuff, and yet, I seem to be dragging my heels - where or WHERE has my motivation for things gone? Common Becca, pick up the pace and DO something - geeze.

Anyway, I'm going to head off here. It's almost time to get back to work, and I wanted to check a couple blogs before that happens - so everyone take care, and talk to you soon. Oh, I forgot to mention that I'm now up to 28 Minutes of walking / day for my personal challenge. The 30303 Challenge is still going strong, and the team I'm on - Hard Core Chicas - is doing pretty good. I think we're up to about a 200 Minute average for the week so far and we have two days of counting to go. I'm going to be stepping on the scale at the end of the month - 9 days - and hopefully a see a fairly nice loss, fingers crossed. I'm nervuos now because of the huge meal I had at the wedding - here's hoping that didn't screw me up too much and all the exercising I've been doing has been helping. Ok, seriously, I'm going now!

I survived, and today is a new day!

I made it through the wedding, unharmed for the most part besides sort muscles and some much needed rest. But it's over and it was alright. The food was AMAZING, and there was so SO much of it - I have no idea how many pnts I ate, but I think it's safe to say that all my Flex pnts were used up, and then some. Lori looked very pretty in her dress, fit her great and Lawrence looked very handsome. I hope that they had a good time and that all their guest did also. I did a fair amount of dancing, which is prolly why my legs are sore. Had some visits with people, lots of pictures taken - it was a long day. The decorations were so pretty, the centre pieces were amazing, so lovely. And I do feel less stressed at the moment. whew.

Ok, so, items off my 101 Things in 1001 Days list are as follows:
#5 - Survive being in Lori's Wedding. Done and done!
# 86 - Get my nails done. They are so cute, french manicure on my fingers and toes.
# 87 - Get a massage. You know, my neck is SO sore, I'm really not sure if I'm a massage kinda girl - fun at the time, not so much afterwards.

I am working on a few other things on that list, just FYI. I just haven't gotten around to finishing the tasks - cause some of them I have to do for awhile before I can cross it off. Anyway, I should prolly wrap this up, i'll try to post later today.

Lori and Lawrence tie the knot!

Today is the day, Lori and Lawrence will be getting married around 3pm this afternoon, it has finally happened after two years of waiting. Whew, no more worrying about it after today! I'm headed over to Lori's place shortly for makeup, hair, and pictures. It's pretty early, which is going to make for a very long day - but I hope it goes well and that I have fun and that Lori and Lawrence have a fantastic time. Cross your fingers for no rain, overcast is great for pictures, but not rain.. that'll put a kink in things I think. Anyway, no idea if I'll bother counting pnts today, and frankly, I prolly wont be getting my 25 Minute Challenge walk in, there just isn't time today. So, it'll be the first time I've missed it - but common! I'll be standing like a flippin day in heels - even I have to cut myself slack occasionally. Anyway, I'm a bit nervous about it all, so I'm just going to go great ready and keep my mind off things as much as I can. My nails look fantastic, btw. I've never had them done professionally but they really do look great. Alright, I'm out, have a great day everyone.

Spa Day is here.

Today is the day I spend time at the Spa. Massage, Pedicure and Manicure. I'm a bit excited I guess, mostly it seems it's just another thing stressing me out - don't ask me why. Because I'm strange I guess, unfamilar with the routine and the place. I've never had my nails done, and I've only ever had one massage in my life and it was when I hurt my back.. and it is not a pleasant memory. I'll be glad when today is over, and tomorrow. Though I have to say, I've had the first pangs of excitement about tomorrow. Lori and Lawrence are getting married, and I hope they will be very happy together, I just wish I could sit in the side lines and watch instead of being in the wedding party - ah well, one more day and it will all become a memory. Ok, no time to chat more here, I need to get ready to go this morning - too early for the Spa! I would have rather gone late in the afternoon but this is all they had for a Pedicure. So off I go, have a good day all and any Hard Core Chicas that are reading this I'll definately try to get at least 30 minutes in tonight of walking - I'm really not pulling my weight this week, I know. I was hoping to do at least an hour each day in order for us to reach the 400 average this week. Ah well, next week I'll try harder.

No Real Time Here . . .

Ok, I don't have much time to post this morning, but I'll try to get something down tonight after work - ok? I suck, I know. It's just been so busy. Last night I was hoping to make a quick run into the dress place and pick up my dress but when I tried on the top, they still hadn't fixed the inner wrap so the girl was like: Can you come back at 8pm and pick it up? What a pain, I was hoping to go directly home, instead I ended up going out to dinner with Lori (so didn't want to, I ate out for lunch, and my pnts were high and frankly, I just didn't feel like eating out!). So we rushed through dinner, and I do mean rushed and then floored it back to the bridal place to pick up the dress. By the time I got home it was like 9pm. I was expecting to be home around 7pm. So my night was pretty much shot. I forced myself to go for the Challenge Walk I'm doing - reminding myself I haven't missed a day yet. God. Bleh. Busy, so very busy.

I didn't have time to update my Blog this morning, because I had the dentist appointment. Which went crappy kinda. He doesn't tell you what he's doing, so I sit up after he's fixed it and he decided to put TWO glue spots on my retainer. It's driving me nuts. Then he goes on to blame it breaking this time on the fact that it may/may not have broken because the last time it broke it got bent, there's no way to tell, but hopefully now that he has put extra hold on it it wont come off again. If it does, we might have to replace the entire thing. He then charged me $97 for 10 Minutes of work.. are ya fuckin kiddin me?! I really hope it's covered on my dental plan, or I'm going to be super pissed.

Tonight is the rehearsal dinner, hopefully it goes well and doesn't take too too long. I'm tired, and stressed and really can't wait for this week to be over. It's just so packed full of things to do that it's stressing me out even more. I can't remember if I mentioned in my previous post or not, but I've actually taken to having panic attacks - the fun never stops with me. Argh.

Pnts wise I'm doing alright, not feeling well makes it very difficult. Exercising could be a bit better, I should have gone at lunch today for a walk but I just couldn't do it. I got ten minutes in but that's just because we walked to the A&P where I picked up a salad for lunch - otherwise, I would have got nothing in. Ok, gotta go back to work. Have a good day all.

Hurry up Week and end!

Blarg. So, I stayed home from work yesterday - I felt like shit nearly the entire day. I'm thinking it's still stress related for the most part, I really need to get a handle on it because I hate feeling like shit when really, I'm perfectly healthy. So, it's back to work today for me - blah. I have a lot to do this week. Tonight after work I have a waxing appointment. Tomorrow morning the dentist to fix my retainer (for the second time) and tomorrow evening is the rehearsal dinner. Thursday I go try on the dress again, and hopefully take it home. Friday is my Mom and Dads 33rd Wedding Anniversary while Saturday I'm spending nearly the entire day at the Spa with Lori and her sister Lisa. And of course, Sunday is the Wedding. Somewhere in all of those to-dos I have to pick up some cash to pay for things, and a few other items from town... I get a bit swamped feeling when there's so much stuff to do.

So, it's a new week and my Walking Challenge is now at 25 Minutes, which seems like a lot to me. Heh. It's no longer a quick, step out the door and I'm back home thing. Not to mention the fact that I have to do at least 30 minutes for the day in order for it to count towards my team - Hard Core Chicas - which, btw, we're doing fantastic! I think we're at like 1024 Minutes since last Thursday or something - Which is about 256 Minutes / Person. All the other teams are around this also, so if we wanna win on Thursday, we'll have to kick it up a gear I think. Or I will at least, I was lazy and only earned us 30 Minutes yesterday because I felt crappy. Anyway, it's time for me to take my shower and such - so here's hoping you all have a good day and mine goes by smoothly.

Morning on a Monday.

Ok, lets start this post out with a chuckle - check out RealLife for today - CLICK ME.

Morning everyone, it's 7:35am and I'm not feeling so hot this morning, I'm having that sore, sick to my stomach, tight chest thing going on and can only assume it's from the extra exercise I've been doing. Either that, or my stress levels are getting higher, and I'm still having mega problems dealing with it. I had nightmares about the wedding coming up, it's not even my wedding! Why am I so freaked out about the entire event.. God, get a fucking grip!

On a positive note, my pnts are doing well, I'm getting exercise in each day and Goober actually took the time to not only listen to me yesterday but talked to me, and cheered me up all in a matter of like, ten minutes. It was nice, I forgot he could do that with a small conversation - I miss it. ~Smiles~

Anyway, I might end up staying home tonight if this sick feeling doesn't let up. I'll try to update you all later on my day, and hopefully I'll feel alright enough to at least get 30 minutes of exercise in today. Fingers crossed - can't let my team down.

Blarg, it's Day #4 of the 30303 Challenge.

And I'm feeling unmotivated, and somewhat depressed today. Or, I guess I wouldn't go so far as to say depressed, just down. Tired, lazy, restless and kinda wishing I woulda made some plans solid for today instead of just wasting the day - oh well. I'll try to get my evening walk in tonight.. or whatever. Argh, I hate when I get like this - FIND SOME MOTIVATION, god. Tomorrow is work, another week, and then the wedding, finally I can stop worrying about it. I can't wait until the winter, I hope that by the winter time everything is much more clear, everything will be on its way of being done.. or worked on.. and I wont feel so confused and lost. Fingers crossed.

I normally don't do these things...

Ok, so I normally don't do like chain playing games and such, but I've been tagged now, not only once but TWICE. (Pshaw, thanks FB and TC.) So apparently the rules are that I have to list five odd/strange/facts whatever about myself and then go ahead and tag five people of my choosing. Muhahaha. So, lets see if I can come up with five strange whatevers to tell...

1) I'm anal, I love lists, and therefore - love Excel. I often find myself keeping lists of items, like when I used to put every item from my Visa card onto a spread sheet, group them, add totals, just to see where all my money was going. This went on for awhile before it became too much work and took up too much time. I miss it. ~laughs~

2) I've been in love with the same Boy for at least ten years, he lives in the U.S. and I live here in Canada. I've waited to get over it, to grow out of it, and yet... and yet.... heh.

3) Sometimes I feel a little like a mutant. I knocked out my front teeth when I was small by smashing my face off the coffee table, and therefore, had speech problems growing up. I spent much of grade school in a class learning how to say the 'S' sound. When I wasn't there, I was held back in my spelling classes because I couldn't spell worth a damn because my grade 2 teacher didn't think it was important to teach me how to spell, or write... or anything. (Something about not wanting to ruin my creativity.. thanks.) I had horrible acne, had to go to some doctor for it. Braces for 2 1/2 years complete with headgear AND lip-bumper. A wart that lasted for a couple years even with professional freezing treatments that when I quit, the wart disappeared all on its own. AND, drum roll, I've been overweight for as long as I can possibly remember.

4) I used to bite my nails, it was a horrible habit and then one day, about 3 years ago - I just stopped. I just decided enough was enough and suddenly stopped. I think that was the first clue that I could change things.. for myself I mean. If I could change that, beat that impulse.. then I could lose weight, couldn't I?

5) Whew, is four horrible tale of me not enough? Fine, last one. I act really tough, I like people to think I'm tough.. and I am sometimes. I have high expectations for people, and even more so for myself. But I can be emotional, and I can be sensitive - and when people read me wrong, and think I don't ever feel these things because they think I'm some kinda heartless robot - it bothers me. Yet, I'd rather have them think that, then think I'm weak. Funny, no?

Day #3 of 30303 Challenge - Lazy day.

Afternoon everyone, it's been one heck of a lazy day for me today. I went for my facial with Lori at the spa today and it was FANTASTIC! So relaxing, and I got all my pores unclogged and my skin is soft and wonderful. It's spotty and such right now, because for any of you who haven't had a facial before they break open your clogged pores and now there's some red marks - but it'll be gone in a couple days. She gave neck, shoulder, chest, legs and hand massages.. it was really nice. Which means, everyone, since I was at the Spa today and will be again next week I have completed #89 Spend time at a spa on my 101 Things in 1001 Days list! Yipee!! Another thing down, and #86, #5 & #87 will all be complete by the end of next week! Yyyyaaaaaaaaaaaayyyyyy! My list is coming along, slowly but surely.

Ok, the other thing to talk about is a co-worker at work, Maureen, who contacted me that she had a friend who was also loosing weight, and she had a ton of clothes that were prolly my size and if I wanted them - to save myself from buying new clothes - I could have them. So, I totally said yes and yesterday I went through the clothes - I scored myself 8 pairs of dress pants and 2 skirts!!! For FREE!! That's over $450 worth of clothing for free. And since I was wearing pants that had a crotch down to my knees, with rips, tears and missing buttons I really - REALLY needed some new clothing. Isn't it wicked? I'm so excited. I hope they continue to look ok on me for at least a month, not that they start getting really baggy looking right away. (Though, that would mean I'm shedding the pounds like mad, and I suppose that would be great too.)

The 30303 Challenge is going alright, I think our team is at almost 500 Minutes after only 3 Days of doing the Challenge so we're kickin some serious ass - watch out Crystal! We're Hard Core. ~Chuckles~ I have to admit, I'm rather tired today - being Saturday and with the facial this morning and all. But I've managed to do some Pilates and I still have to do my walking Challenge.. To be honest, only reason I did the Pilates is because I was feeling bad I might not even get 30 minutes of walking in for my team, and without hitting 30, I couldn't count anything.. so I got myself up off the couch and worked out. Ok, I'm going to go relax for a bit, have some dinner and then go for my walk once the sun goes down a bit outside. Have a good night all.

TGIF! Day #2 of 30303 Challenge.

I'm so happy it's Friday, I don't care that it was a short week for me, it didn't feel like it!! The day seemed to drag on and on at work yesterday - yuck!

So anyway, went for the dress fitting yesterday - it's looking alright, as good as it can I suppose. I have another fitting next Thursday to make sure everything is looking fine and then the wedding is on SUNDAY! I can't believe it's here, and it makes me panic a lil bit, but I'm sure it will be fine. I guess I'm just expecting to be very bored when there will be like no one I know there (except the bride) and she'll be off chit chatting with family of course so that leaves me to kinda wander to talk randomly with people. ~Shrugs~ Hopefully everything else goes smoothly.

The 30303 challenge is going alright, our team name for now is "Hard Core Chicas" which works for me, cause we're totally going to kick ass!! Muhahaha. Three members of my team haven't checked in yet with their minutes of working out yesterday - so we'll see if anyone brings anything to the table.

There was something else I wanted to write about here, but now I can't remember. Anyway, I think I'll just sign off and write later if I remember. Need to get ready for work, argh.

30303 Challenge Begins Today!

We're talkin 30 days, 30 minutes, 3 times a week. (Exercising)
My team is: Sarah, Amber, Jennifer and Wickej, and once we combine our kick ass hours each week we're gunna ROCK it. We need a name for the team. And sometimes I can be creative, but honestly - I haven't got a clue what we should call ourselves for the next 30 days. So, anyway, from now on at the bottom of my posts I will have a break down of all the exercising I have done that day in order to keep track properly. I don't have time to write more, but I'm so excited and hoping this brings a new motivation for me. Plus, I love competitions. Muhahaha.

Thanks Everyone.

I just wanted to say Thank You to everyone who stopped by, who always stop by, and post such caring, concerned and uplifting comments - it means a lot to me that you'd all take time out of your day to send a supportive email my way - Thank you all so very much.

Also, thank you to Mishy last night who during an amusing conversations helped me to feel more at ease with a few things. Thanks Mish, it really helped.

Ok, onto weight loss things. I'm doing fine - staying OP and getting some walking in. On the WW Board that Crystal created I'm signing up for a new exercise challenge and I believe we're calling it 30303. Something like, thirty minutes, thirty days, three times a week. I think that's how it breaks down. Apparently we'll be on teams (of three it sounds like) and compete against the other teams to have the most combined exercise at the end of the week. Should be interesting, really, it's just a way to motivate us all to get up, and get exercising. I'm hoping it will kick start some new motivation inside me.. cause mine is getting tired. Blah. If you can't tell, I seem to be in an ok mood this morning. I slept through the night after getting off the phone with Goober around 1ish I'm going to say. So, that was nice not to wake up a million times. I can't wait for the week to be over - I'm just tired of work.

Oh, and I nearly forgot to mention this, a friend of mine at work got a new job yesterday - she being transferred to another department and I am SO happy for her, I hope that she loves it. I'm very sad she's leaving me, but then she pointed out - 'you left me first, you're leaving in a few month!' So really, that's true and I'm honestly so happy she got this position - she'll do well there. Gunna miss sitting beside you Jen! ~pout~ Anyway, time for me to get ready, have a great day everyone...

Holiday Monday - Bored.

Morning everyone, it's a holiday and I'm bored off my rocker today. I've been awake since 6am - and decided to go for my walk while it was still cool outside. So, that's done. It is the beginning of the week, so I've added the 3mins and now my daily walk will be 22 Minutes - I can't believe I haven't missed a day yet! My lack of motivation is crazy today, I have a huge list of things to get done and I want nothing to do with any of it. I just hope that I start feeling better soon.. because this lingering frustration, lack of motivation and whatever else is really starting to get me down. Anyway, hope you all enjoy your day off. Don't go away weekend!

I so don't want this weekend to be over, b/c when it is.. I'm that much closer to the wedding and I'll have to go back to work. Well, actually, it's a holiday tomorrow, so I don't go back until Tuesday.. but I don't want to go back for longer than that! This morning has been pretty quite - I watched the movie Clue that Mishy lent me and it's quite funny. I haven't watched all three endings, but it's still fairly early in the day. Actually, that's not entirely true either - it's 12:45pm, and I had NO idea it was so late! I just decided to have some yogurt quick because it'll be about an hour before my sis starts up the BBQ and I'm treating myself to a Hamburger - mmm. I prolly shouldn't.. shit. I forgot about that steak yesterday, last thing I need is to feel like crap.. agh, I guess I'll decide in a lil bit. ~Rolls eyes~ Anyway, have a great day all.

Lazy Saturday . . .

I've done pretty much nothing this morning, I was awake at 6am - and even considered going for a walk for a small moment before crawling back into bed and laying there snoozing while listening to the radio until like.. nearly 8am. Then I got up, and checked Blogs, and the WW Forum before watching TV. Soon after, I had a nice morning conversation with Goober on his drive into work before returning to TV watching and having myself some breakfast. Now I'm back online, checking Blogs and the Forum before I'll go watch a movie. I was going to go swimming.. but it's really not that hot out and I don't want to freeze. We'll see I suppose. I managed to get a fair amount of walking in yesterday. Both breaks so that's about 20mins of walking, and then 20 mins during lunch and instead of just 19mins when I got home I did 30min. So, yesterday I did a total of 70mins of walking. Yay!

Today I'm supposed to hook up with Mishy and do... something. We have no idea what to do, apparently we're lacking in the idea department, but I'm sure whatever we end up doing will be fun. ~Shrugs~ Dinner, Chapters and a Frap from Starbucks maybe.. mmmm. Yum. I hate that I spend most of my social time eating - but what the Hell else is there to do these days?! Anyone else have any ideas? Ok people, come sign up on Crystals WW Forum and talk WeightWatchers and motivation and stuff with me! Most people seem to know eachother on there already - and none seem too interested on weight loss chit chat at the moment - I need some ideas and sounding boards! Wouldn't it be nice to chat more instead of just posting on our Blogs and commenting?! Come chit chat.. k? K.

11:15pm Update:
First, 1hr & 15 minutes of low to medium intensity swimming done today.

Had a BLAST tonight with Mishy - the nights planning started out rocky on our very not deciding anything conversation on the phone - so we just decided to hit up Moxies and our usual stop at Chapters and go from there. When we got to Moxies, however, a certain situation prevented us from entering for at least an hour - and so first we decided to head over to Chapters, and enjoy our Lite Fraps - which, as usual, were fantastic. After some serious horoscope reading, and other random chit chat while sipping our drinks about an hour to an hour and a half had passed and so we headed back to Moxies for dinner. It was fantastic, so far I've yet to have a BAD meal there and I've tried about five dishes. I love places you can find more than one or two things you enjoy. After dinner, we decided to walk to a Thai restaurant we found in the area - Basil Thai - since I've never eaten Thai before and pick up a menu to have a peek and of course - get my 19 mintues of walking complete - dingding. Once we got back to the cars, however, we realized it was FAR too early in the evening for two - lovely, single women to head home and so we decided (Or rather Mishy came up with the idea) to go to Unionville which was a FANTASTIC plan. It was so so pretty. The lights, music, there were so many people there. It was great. We looked in all these little shops.. just so much fun! Plus, more walking! I so earned my 4pnts of activity today.. yay! And I'm STILL full from dinner - it was just a great night - thanks Mish!

I've met my first goal!!

That's right people, my first goal has been met. I am down to a size 20. And for some of you, this may not mean much - but since I started at a size 28 - it's HUGE for me. My next goal, as you all know, is to be down to 200lbs by my Bday in January. I'm not entirely sure how realistic that goal is - but it's what I'm aiming for. Yay! It is offical though, I have bought my very first pair of size 20 pants today when I went out shopping - and plan on wearing them as soon as I get the bottoms hemmed (I'm short! What can I say)

Which of course means, I get to cross off #8 on my 101 Things in 1001 Days!! Yay!!!

Stupid computer.. ~smacks~

Last night, as I was sitting down to watch RockStar, a storm blew in. Like, a crazy ass thunderstorm and when we ran outside for a second to see the clouds were swirling - it was wicked-cool. Of course, it knocked out the StarChoice and I missed almost all of RockStar and was confined to the house for my 19 minutes of walking!!! That was uh, interesting. I did it though - timed myself and everything. Felt like a dork, but oh well. Anyway, I caught who got kicked off RockStar and that's it - WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED?! How did Dana get kicked off?! Were none of the people I dislike in the bottom three?! Josh, Patrice, Toby? Kick them off! Curses. Anyway, I need to get going.. things to do this morning. I think the weather has finally cooled off outside today after that storm - WHEW. Oh, and Matt - if you're reading this.. my screen is all fucked up, HELP!

12:15pm Update:
Holly cow it's sticky hot AGAIN outside! Damnit. Fucking weather - I HATE SUMMER. I want it to be the Fall like, ASAP. Anyway, now that my rant is over - I still don't understand why the band picked Dana over Patrice and Jill. I hate watching either of those women preform. Patrice makes me want to turn the channel, and Jill, well, if I was a guy at a strip bar I'd be cheerin her on. I don't get why they voted her out over them - anyone see it have any idea?

Today has been a nuts day! This morning the hydro was out here for 2hrs, so we stood around until 10am doing nothing. Then by 10:30am the systems finally were online and we could start work. A tense moment with the boss, and the day began. Shortly after, a co-worker got a call from her sister that her Mother had been in an accident - so off she ran. She just got back now, her Mother and the other driver are ok, scrapped up, bruised, but ok for the most part. I'm telling you, it seriously needs to be Friday.

W-w-w-w-w Wednesday!

Well, yesterday didn't go off as well as I had planned. I went over pnts, and used my Flex pnts - darn it. I almost skipped my walk too, I got home around 8:30pm or something like that from the dinner that put me over pnts. (Oh, and btw, don't ask me why I didn't stop eating, or didn't take the bacon off my chicken burger, but I didn't.) And then BB7 and RockStar were on.. so I ended up watching them. By the time they were over, it was 10pm and STILL sweltering outside. (Damn heat!) So through both shows, I sat there.. guilting myself into going.. telling myself that I had gone over pnts and if I wanted to fix it a bit I'd best get off my ass and start walking. Reminding myself that I haven't missed ONE day yet in all the weeks I've been doing the walking challenge.. and so.. shortly after 10pm I got up from the couch, changed into walking clothes, and headed out. I walked the route that's uphill about.. I dunno.. 1/3 of the way. And because it was disgusting outside, and I just wanted to get home - I pushed myself. It was definately high intensity level.. sweating, I wouldn't have been able to talk, unless one word between breaths of air would count as a conversation. Heh. Anyway, it's just too bad I went over pnts.. bad me. Bad.

Otherwise, today is a new, hot icky sweating day. I hear that tomorrow the heat wave is supposed to break for us - PLEASE - let that be true. So people, today, try not to use up too much energy. Because, I swear to you.. if brownouts happen, I'm going to come after each and every one of you. Turn your airconditioners up those extra few degrees - there's no reason to be freezing. Turn off your lights - it's freakin day time - try opening a blind or something on your windows to let in some light. Do your household chores at night. Something, just do SOMETHING. Because otherwise, we'll all be left in the dark and humid heat with no escape.. k????? Oh, and don't forget sunscreen. ~winks~ See ya!

RockStar tonight!

Morning Morning Morning. It's Tuesday, and I'm sittin here, trying to convince myself to get ready for work. Lately, I leave for work in an alright mood - at least neutral. And then I get there, do some work, and get frustrated / angry with the quality of work coming across my desk. The funny thing is, that it's always been kinda shitty - but I somehow pushed the frustration aside and thought - who gives a shit, it's their work, if they don't care that they have to correct it.. then neither do I. But now, now my own quota has gone up and I have a job to do, and expectaions from higher ups. When I have to send back every second application that I'm working on because the person didn't give a shit to do THEIR JOB it ruins my quota. I guess that's what has me so angry - now, their piss ass work is effecting me directly, and I've had enough. I don't care if this has been an on going problem, and it's been unable to be resolved for years - you're making my numbers low, you're shit work is hurting MY work. I'm sorry, but I'm not good with that. ~Mummbles some insults to make herself feel better~

Anyway, I need to go off to work, not in a calm or sedated state.. I'm irritated just thinking about today. Deep breath, I know. Honestly though - if you don't want to DO your job, pack up and leave - they can hire someone who feels like it, ya know? Ok, see ya.
